All sales are final - no order cancelations or amendments. If your shipping address is incorrect, please send us an email quoting your full name and order number. Changes to the shipping address may not be possible after 5h post-purchase confirmation.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to hygienic reasons. If the item is deemed faulty prior to being worn/used, we will send you a replacement for the item free of charge. No refunds will be given.

Claims for damaged packaging and goods should be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Upon inspection, photo evidence of all original packaging is required to undergo investigation. Any claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for compensation.

We can not accept any responsibility for any delay/loss where an incorrect address is given, or the recipient has missed delivery. Should your parcel go missing because the address is incorrect, or has missed delivery, we will do our best to track it down but no refund will be given unless / until the parcel is returned to us by the courier as non-deliverable. In cases where carriers charge for parcels returned due to an incorrect address or uncollected parcel, the fee will be passed onto the customer. Currently this charge is up to 100 INR.

Shipping is 50 rupee for each order. We work with delhivery.com to fulfill your orders. At the Secure Checkout page, you'll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time.

Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order but it takes 5-7 working days. 

 

Orders placed from 10th Feb to 20th Feb will be delivered from 21st Feb. We're on a short gap for Losar. Thank you for your patience.
